Caring Teacher Awards
| This was a design I did for Caring Teacher Awards. As stated on the mockup, it is held once every two years to commend teachers who have made a difference in the lives of their students.
As the site’s primary audience are students from Primary to Junior College level, I decided to do a montage style design that was fun and quirky; qualities that I believe would appeal to them. The font choice was an attempt at indirect suggestion. Comic book fans might recognize the font, one that is prevalent in Marvel/DC comics. With that choice, I am attempting to portray teachers as heroes/heroines, which, through their efforts at educating the young, rightfully are.
